It’s been so long since I have posted or shared anything on my blog. As life shall have it, life changes, grows and things happen. All in all, all is well. To kick-start my mindfulness journey again, the following YouTube video surely helped. Let me know your thoughts or if you have any other helpful mindfulness videos I can share.
PURPOSE GIVEN IS A PURPOSE WORTH LIVIN’
These days there’s a mad rush to be purpose driven and I whole heartedly agree, it is better to be purpose driven than going in reverse or stuck in neutral. However, why would I be content to be just purpose driven and not living my life’s purpose on purpose? I believe the real reason most people are okay with being just purpose driven is because they don’t know how to identify their real purpose for existing or what purpose means when it relates to individuals. If you’re still reading this article, this is the day that was created for “you” to begin living your life with a purpose on purpose. You ran into this topic for a reason.
Let’s continue exploring this fact. The (buzz) word purpose can be substituted for a number of words, some of which could be reason, intention, intent, use, idea, objective, aim, function or determination. In my opinion, a purpose is the reason why you exist to fulfill a specific task that only you can fulfill at a specific time and season here on the earth. A purpose should not, but often times are confused with a person’s calling. Purpose and calling are different. A calling is a particular business, occupation, profession or trade. Once again, purpose is your intended reason for being. Most people live out their lives fulfilling their calling, not their purpose. They have prepared themselves for a chosen field or profession. Since they do not know their purpose, they work in that field unhappy for many years and ultimately, just retire. They never venture out to find out what makes them happy. I’ve finally mentioned the operative word—HAPPY, not just purpose!
Although happiness is evident when you are fulfilling your purpose, there are several other key VIRTUES that will accompany happiness. First, how do we begin to find what our purpose is in life? Why are we here? Like everything else in life, finding your purpose, begins with the finding and the understanding of who you are. Understanding one’s self is a process that most people neglect or choose not to go through. Understanding who you are as well as self-examination and evaluation is the beginning of identifying your purpose. It is important you get a mental picture of what you look like living your purpose now. I believe one of the most powerful forces in the universe is love and another is our ability to choose our own thoughts. A single action is derived from a thought. One of my favorite sayings is, “The me I see, is the me I’ll be.” In other words, I must begin to see myself as I want to be and not as I am. Once we can mentally see ourselves living our purpose, those very images will begin to draw the desired thought patters and behaviors into our life which will produce what we desire. I like to share this informative awareness of how much power our senses have, in particular our eyes.
So, determining to change your way of thinking about yourself is paramount if you want to find your purpose. Another important area for identifying your purpose is discovering the spiritual part of you. You must become spiritually centered and develop a spiritual relationship with God. Some people don’t believe that there is a God, but just because the belief exists, does not mean that the belief is truth and nor does it mean that God does not exist. Research has suggested that people who have engaged and nurtured a personal relationship with God live healthier, happier, successful and longer lives than those who do not. It is out of the spiritual you that you will determine and establish your moral and value system, your own beliefs of right and wrong and “how” you live your life according to those very beliefs without compromise. As you continue on the path to living your purpose, don’t forget to mentally see yourself purposely living.
You will see that at this point of discovery, you will start to identify your passion, if you don’t already know it by now. What is it that gives you a burning desire to fulfill or complete in life? If you are driven with passion to do certain things and you are really focused on these things as well as get great fulfillment and enjoyment in doing them, then you may have identified your purpose. However, most have not arrived to this place unless they understand the importance of relationships and serving others.
Along with developing relationships and serving others, you must also master the art of effective communications and setting boundaries. Learning how to effectively communicate in all of your relationships will enable you to successfully set boundaries. Setting boundaries will bring and give you the respect you need to have long, successful and lasting relationships. These same boundaries will also help you in accepting and respecting the boundaries of others.
Once you are confident in your relationships with boundaries, you are now ready to re-evaluate and establish your vision(s). Your vision can be the same as a purpose, but try looking at it as an outline of achievements to your path. Let your vision be nothing more than categories and sub-categories of the outline in which you have created. With this same outline, you can road map your success of accomplishing your vision step by step.
Finally, finding your purpose in life is not a secret, nor is it a complicated task. It does however require a commitment and dedication on your part to transform yourself from the inside out from a purpose given into a life with a purpose that you’re livin’.

I promised a super quick meditation booster. Here it is. This is a quick healing, brain reboot. This movie is full of binaural beats, subliminal and affirmations all in one. ***HEADPHONES REQUIRED!*** Use this movie to manifest a calming state that promotes healing of the body, mind and spirit. Close the door and watch the movie in the office for only 6.33 minutes. The words come and go, but the subliminal affirmations will be soaked in by your subconscious. “PEACE”
The Binaural Beats used in HEALING THE MIND AND BODY produce beats at a frequency of 7.83 Hz, also known as the Schumann Resonance, a natural radio signal resonating throughout the earth.
Some scientists believe that exposure to a 7.83 Hz pulse can counter the effects of man-made electromagnetic pollution (from cell phones, TVs, radio signals, satellite signals, etc.) and provide a natural healing state for the body and mind.

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We live our lives pursuing happiness “out there” as if it is a commodity. We have become slaves to our own desires and craving.
Happiness isn’t something that can be pursued or purchased like a cheap suit. This is Maya, illusion, the endless play of form.
In the Buddhist tradition, Samsara, or the endless cycle of suffering is perpetuated by the craving of pleasure and aversion to pain. Freud referred to this as the “pleasure principle.” Everything we do is an attempt to create pleasure, to gain something that we want, or to push away something that is undesirable that we don’t want. Even a simple organism like the paramecium does this.
It is called response to stimulus. Unlike a paramecium, humans have more choice. We are free to think, and that is the heart of the problem. It is the thinking about what we want that has gotten out of control. The dilemma of modern society is that we seek to understand the world, not in terms of archaic inner consciousness, but by quantifying and qualifying what we perceive to be the external world by using scientific means and thought. Thinking has only led to more thinking and more questions. We seek to know the innermost forces which create the world and guide its course. But we conceive of this essence as outside of ourselves, not as a living thing, intrinsic to our own nature.
It was the famous psychiatrist Carl Jung who said, “one who looks outside dreams, one who looks inside awakes.” It is not wrong to desire to be awake, to be happy. What is wrong is to look for happiness outside when it can only be found inside.

The primordial spiral is the manifested world, while Akasha is the unmanifested, or emptiness itself. All of reality is an interplay between these two things; Yang and Yin, or consciousness and matter. The spiral has often been represented by the snake, the downward current, while the bird or blooming lotus flower has represented the upward current or transcendence. The ancient traditions taught that a human being can become a bridge extending from the outer to the inner, from gross to subtle, from the lower chakras to the higher chakras. To balance the inner and the outer is what the Buddha called the middle way, or what Aristotle called the Golden Mean. You can be that bridge. The full awakening of human consciousness and energy is the birthright of every individual on the planet. In today’s society we have lost the balance between the inner and the outer. We are so distracted by the outer world of form, thoughts and ideas, that we no longer take time to connect to our inner worlds, the kingdom of heaven that is within.

The Pythagorian philosopher Plato hinted enigmatically that there was a golden key that unified all of the mysteries of the universe. The golden key is the intelligence of the logos, the source of the primordial om. One could say that it is the mind of God. The source of this divine symmetry is the greatest mystery of our existence. Many of history’s monumental thinkers such as Pythagoras, Keppler, Leonardo da Vinci, Tesla and Einstein have come to the threshold the mystery. Every scientist who looks deeply into the universe and every mystic who looks deeply within the self, eventually comes face to face with the same thing: The Primordial Spiral.

I can’t tell you how informative and interesting this video is. All I can say is “WoW!” Also, part 2, 3 and 4 gets better and better. The pictures are so beautiful and match so well with the context. Nothing generic or public domain about it. Simply beautiful. I recommend viewing when you have the time.
If you are a national geographic, history and ancient alien fan, this is one of my favorite series. Anything with Tesla is so fascinating.
Part one of the film Inner Worlds, Outer Worlds. Akasha is the unmanifested, the “nothing” or emptiness which fills the vacuum of space. As Einstein realized, empty space is not really empty. Saints, sages and yogis who have looked within themselves have also realized that within the emptiness is unfathomable power, a web of information or energy which connects all things. This matrix or web has been called the Logos, the Higgs Field, the Primordial OM and a thousand other names throughout history. In part one of Inner Worlds, we explore the one vibratory source that extends through all things, through the science of cymatics, the concept of the Logos, and the Vedic concept of Nada Brahma (the universe is sound or vibration). Once we realize that there is one vibratory source that is the root of all scientific and spiritual investigation, how can we say “my religion”, “my God” or “my discovery”.All 4 parts of the film can be found at http://www.innerworldsmovie.com
